We listen and generate unique custom designs that meet the needs of our clients. Our designs also come with room for revisions in case you need changes to be made.
PATTERNS
Pattern making is the process of creating a blueprint of your garment. A pattern is used as a template to cut out fabric that matches the required specifications to sew a garment. It factors in the type of fabric, the intended fit on the wearer, and any trims that will be used. The pattern is used to make 2D fabric sit properly on a 3D body.
SAMPLING
The point of the sampling process is to perfect the idea that you have, by getting samples from the factory that will produce your final products. In other words, we produce sample after sample, until you have the product you are happy with.
CMT
After we have figured out the design, sizes, grading, patterns and fabrics, it is now time to cut, make and trim by our automatic fabric cutters, experienced sewing and quality control technicians.
KNITTING
We use latest technology for manufacturing high quality knitted garments mainly on CMT (Cut, make, trim) basis
PRINTING & EMBROIDERY
Embroidery may add color, texture, richness, and dimension. Typically, embroidery is executed in threads of cotton, wool, silk, or linen, but may also incorporate other materials such as beads, quills, metal, shells, or feathers.
We have different types of printing and we choose the best based on our client’s needs.
